We''re working with a well-established food manufacturer that''s looking for two Hygiene Team Leaders to join their day-shift operation. These are hands-on leadership positions where you''ll be trusted to run your area, support your team, and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and site hygiene. You''ll be leading a small team, working closely with Production, Engineering and Technical functions, and ensuring hygiene standards remain audit-ready every day. If you''re currently a Hygiene Supervisor, Team Leader, or an experienced Hygiene Operative who''s already taking the lead and ready for the next step, this could be worth a conversation.The RoleAs Hygiene Team Leader, you''ll take ownership of day-to-day hygiene activities across your designated shift. You''ll coordinate planned cleaning schedules, manage reactive hygiene requirements, support maintenance activities, and ensure all cleaning and verification processes are completed to the required standards. This is a role where you''ll be visible on the factory floor, leading by example, developing your team and driving standards.
