Hygiene Team Leader

Salary: £(phone number removed)Working Pattern: 5 days a week, Site-based role This is an opportunity to join a production site where maintaining exceptional hygiene standards is critical to protecting product integrity and ensuring operational compliance. The Hygiene Team Leader will play a key role in leading day-to-day hygiene operations across the factory. Working closely with Production, Technical and Engineering teams, you will help maintain high standards of cleanliness, pest control and housekeeping while ensuring hygiene procedures are consistently delivered across the site. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the factory floor, supporting teams, identifying risks and ensuring hygiene standards remain robust within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. What You ll Be Doing Lead and support the hygiene team to ensure cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures are completed to the highest standardsMaintain strong hygiene discipline across the factory floor in line with food safety and compliance standardsCarry out daily hygiene checks and ensure housekeeping standards are consistently maintained across the siteSupport pest control monitoring and help manage hygiene risks and contamination risksEnsure safe handling, storage and use of cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH requirementsWork closely with Production and Technical teams to ensure hygiene standards support safe and efficient operationsSupport internal audits and ..... full job details .....
