Ensure cleaning schedules are completed effectively, hygiene procedures are followed, and team members work safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support hygiene operatives during daily activities. Ensure cleaning schedules and hygiene standards are maintained across the site. Monitor compliance with food safety, GMP, quality, and health & safety requirements. Conduct hygiene inspections, audits, and equipment checks. Complete hygiene records and documentation accurately. Report and escalate any hygiene, food safety, or safety concerns. Support training and development of hygiene team members. Monitor hygiene stock levels and assist with replenishment orders.
