Hygiene Supervisor

New Opportunity - Hygiene Supervisor Are you an experienced Hygiene Supervisor with a background in food manufacturing, ready to take the next step in leading a hygiene team? We are recruiting for a Hygiene Supervisor to join a busy food production site in Derby. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will lead and support a team of Hygiene Operatives, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food safety, health and safety and compliance are maintained across the site. You''ll be responsible for organising the team, managing daily cleaning schedules, monitoring performance and ensuring hygiene activities are completed safely, accurately and on time. You''ll also work closely with Production, Warehouse and site management to ensure hygiene requirements are met and the business is always audit-ready. As the new Hygiene Supervisor, you will: Lead, organise and motivate a team of Hygiene Operatives Allocate daily duties and manage hygiene rotas, arranging cover where required Ensure hygiene activities are completed in line with production schedules and agreed KPIs Work closely with Production and Warehouse teams to provide effective hygiene support Monitor hygiene standards across production areas, warehouses and site facilities Ensure all hygiene records and documentation are completed accurately and audited daily Promote strong health and safety standards across the hygiene team Support investigations and disciplinary processes when required Assist the Hygiene Manager ..... full job details .....
