This is a hands-on supervisory role, responsible for leading a team of approximately 14 Hygiene Operatives and making sure the factory is cleaned safely, thoroughly and to the required food manufacturing standards each night. The role will involve: Supervising and coordinating a team of approximately 14 Hygiene Operatives. Allocating people to different areas of the factory and adjusting the plan when priorities change. Overseeing the strip-down and cleaning of production machinery, belts and associated equipment. Ensuring all cleaning activity is completed safely and to the required hygiene standard.
