Hygiene SupervisorSalary: £36,000 £45,000 Per annum Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire outskirts LS22 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (with flexibility required)Commutable from Leeds, Castleford, York, Garforth, Tadcaster, Wetherby or Harrogate, North Yorkshire or West YorkshireAbout the RoleHawk 3 Talent Solutions are seeking an experienced and proactive Hygiene Supervisor to lead our hygiene function within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment based between York and Leeds. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and compliance across the site are consistently achieved.As a 24/7 operation, flexibility is essential. While core hours are Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm, you will occasionally be required to work outside of these hours to support the night team and oversee critical cleaning activities. For example, attending and inspecting specialist cleans (such as free-from allergen cleans) that may take place overnight (e.g. 3am on Sundays), with working hours adjusted accordingly.Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the hygiene team to deliver exceptional standardsEnsure all hygiene, waste, and pest control systems are compliant and effectively maintainedVerify daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning records are accurately completedInvestigate hygiene-related non-conformances and implement corrective actionsSupport internal, customer, and third-party audits with data and inspectionsDeliver training and competency ..... full job details .....
