Starting Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 per annumWorking Pattern: Sunday to Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm Site-based LondonA well-established food manufacturing business producing a range of delicious ambient products is looking to appoint a Hygiene Supervisor to join its team in West London.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hygiene Supervisor or Hygiene Team Leader who enjoys being hands-on, leading a team and maintaining high standards within a busy food manufacturing environment.Reporting directly to the Hygiene Manager, you''ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the Hygiene department, ensuring cleaning schedules are delivered effectively, hygiene standards are consistently maintained and the site remains ready for customer and external audits.Working closely with Production, Quality and Engineering, you''ll take responsibility for planning resources, supporting and developing your team, driving improvements and ensuring hygiene activities are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.This role would suit a proactive, organised and confident leader who enjoys being close to the factory operation, solving problems and getting the best out of their team.
