Coach and develop staff to improve individual performance including use of new systems, audit prep and general training You will also drive continuous improvement to maximise efficiencies through the development of people, processes and systems. Your experience: We are seeking an individual with experience of leading a hygiene team within a food manufacturing environment. You should have a robust knowledge of a range of retail standards and BRC and have a good working knowledge of micro standards and current technical legislation.
