Days of Working: Monday to Saturday, 06:00am to 12:00pm.Key Responsibilities

Responsibility for monitoring and ensuring that all aspects of the hygiene team’s activities meet site hygiene standards.Allocate tasks and responsibilities to the cleaning team to meet site requirements.Maintain high standards by monitoring work and implementing improvements as needed.Recruit and coach the cleaning team to achieve best results through open and continuous development conversations.Communicate daily with store representatives to resolve issues and build positive working relationships.Maintain budgets for equipment use, stock, and rota planning.Lead inductions covering health and safety training and role expectations.Ensure all employee training is recorded in line with company policies.Handle grievance, disciplinary or welfare matters with support from area management and HR.Accurately report sickness and manage absence levels appropriately.Other duties reasonably expected to deliver an effective and efficient service to our customer.Role Requirements

You must have the right to work in the UK.Previous experience as a Cleaning Manager or Supervisor is desirable or ability to lead the team.Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance is desirable.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to work to deadlines and priorities; flexible with working hours and days.Excellent attention to detail.How To Apply
