Hygiene Section Leader , you''ll lead from the front - motivating your team, making sure hygiene standards stay high, and keeping the site audit ready at all times. It''s a hands-on position where no two shifts look the same, and you''ll play a big part in making sure safe working practices are followed and the team is fully supported.

What will you be doing?Leading, motivating, and supporting the hygiene team on shiftMaking sure hygiene standards are consistently highKeeping records accurate and ensuring safe working practices are always followedManaging chemicals, processes, and people on siteSpotting training needs and working with the Hygiene Section Manager to address them

What will you need?Experience in a hygiene or industrial cleaning teamPrevious supervisory or team-leading experienceConfident IT skills and good with systemsStrong communication skills - verbal, written, and numericalA hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to lead by example

Working Pattern

This role works on a
