Your daily duties will include: Deep Cleaning: Semi-automated production lines, conveyor systems, and auxiliary components to 100% prevent cross-contamination. Assembly and disassembly of filling chassis. GMP Compliance: Follow strict SOPs and verify cleaning effectiveness through bacterial/particle swabbing. Documentation: Maintain precise, real-time logs for all cleaning schedules and equipment status. Chemical Safety: Safely dilute, handle, and store industrial cleaning agents in line with COSHH. Waste Management: Efficiently process general and hazardous production waste per environmental guidelines.
