About the Role
Manpower UK is seeking an experienced Hygiene Operative to join a factory team located between Wainfleet and Croft, near Skegness. This temporary position offers a pay rate of up to £14.08 per hour, with a Monday to Friday shift pattern from 4pm to 11pm. Own transport is essential due to the site’s rural location and absence of public transport links. Responsibilities include performing cleaning duties across the factory, power washing production and work areas, and maintaining general housekeeping. You will uphold high hygiene standards and ensure all areas comply with health and safety requirements. Previous hygiene or cleaning experience is necessary to secure this ongoing role.

What We''re Looking For
Experience
* Previous hygiene operative or industrial cleaning experience is essential
* COSHH experience or qualifications would be advantageous

* Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual cleaning duties
* Flexible and willing to assist across different departments
* Able to work independently using own initiative
* Strong awareness of health and safety standards
* Reliable and committed to maintaining high hygiene standards
