HRGO are looking to recruit a Hygiene Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment where cleanliness, food safety, and compliance are essential to protecting consumers and maintaining product quality. A strong understanding of Food Safety, HACCP L2, and COSHH is highly valued in this role, as you''ll be working in a regulated setting where following correct procedures and handling materials safely is key. This is a hands-on position where your attention to detail will have a direct impact on the success of the site.Key Responsibilities:Clean and sanitise factory environment areas to a consistently high standardSupport the cleaning and sanitising of machinery and equipmentUse cleaning chemicals safely and in line with proceduresAccurately complete cleaning schedules and hygiene records in line with BRC standardsDispose of waste and recycling according to site proceduresPromote Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) across all areas of the siteSupport a strong food safety culture, reporting any risks in line with HACCP principlesOperate and maintain hygiene equipment and machineryAssist with internal and external audits before, during, and after inspectionsReplenish PPE, chemicals, and hygiene consumables as requiredCarry out both standard duties and additional tasks set ..... full job details .....
