You won t be just keeping things ticking over. You ll set the standard, and the business will back you to raise it.What you ll be doing Owning hygiene strategy, budget and KPIs across the site, reporting into OperationsLeading the overnight cleaning supervisors and their teamsSigning off clean-downs and pre-op checks so production starts on time, every timeActing as the go-to person for QA and Technical on BRCGS audits and closing out CAPAsRunning environmental swabbing, investigating incidents and reporting on hygiene performanceKeeping allergen control and COSHH where they should be What you ll bring Hygiene management experience in food manufacturingKnowledge of chemical dosing, COSHH, writing CICs and BRCGS auditsHands-on swabbing and hygiene verification experienceExperience managing a budget and suppliersLevel 3 Food Safety and Hygiene, plus HACCP Level 3 or 4NEBOSH, IOSH or allergen training would help, but they re not essentialSomeone who s happy on nights and doesn t mind being called a night owl If you ve been running hygiene somewhere and feel you ve hit a ceiling, this is a chance to build something at a business that s growing ..... full job details .....
