Key Responsibilities: Lead and ensure the delivery of high standards of hygiene, health and safety, and technical compliance to meet both customer and audit requirements. Manage, motivate, and develop a team of Hygiene Operatives, ensuring optimal performance and high levels of engagement. Take a hands-on approach to provide guidance and support as needed. Drive and implement improvements to processes, procedures, and hygiene practices. Focus on enhancing visual and microbial standards throughout the factory.
