Hygiene Manager

Major Recruitment are looking for a Hygiene Manager in Leicester Initial 3 month with a potential perm role Salary: 40k p/annum Weekly hours will be 40 and 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday Location: Wigston LE18 Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain a safe and professional approach while working on site.Take ownership of KPI''sEnsure all allocated tasks are completed to the correct frequency and high standard.Ensure Supervisors, and support staff operational documentation are fully and correctly completed, e.g. ensuring cleaning sign off records are fully and correctly completed. (This data feeds into KPI and external audit results)Take responsibility for the completion of payroll.Responsible for recruitment and ISS onboarding.Conduct annual Staff Appraisals.Attend ISS management monthly and quarterly meetings.Attend Client weekly and Monthly MeetingsCompetences/TrainingPrevious Hygiene Management experience, experience of managing a team, Finance, Payroll, Recruitment.HandS ManagementExperience of working in the food industry (Preferred)Strong Leadership SkillsTeam BuildingProblem SolverKnowledge of cleaning methodology, systems and procedures.Staff AppraisalTraining will be involved ..... full job details .....
