The successful candidate will drive all elements of the hygiene service by setting standards and leading the hygiene teams to deliver customer expectations. Reporting to the Technical Controller, responsibilities for the role will include: Implementing strategy, quality, efficiency, and hygiene innovation Providing leadership and direction to the hygiene community to ensure that people are engaged, focused, and delivering their potential Being the hygiene lead for the coordination and successful delivery of all Manufacturing Unit visits and audits Preparing and managing the Manufacturing Unit hygiene budget and related Capex Essential / Desirable skills include: Must be an experienced Hygiene Manager in a Chilled, High Care or High Risk Food Manufacturing setting Leading a team through engagement and support Experienced in managing and supporting auditing processes A clear financial understanding and experience of integrated hygiene and environmental management systems The Company: Well-established, leading International Manufacturer of a wide range of chilled prepared foods Customers include Major Retailers and Food ..... full job details .....
