Hygiene Manager Location: Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Contract: Permanent, Full Time The Opportunity Imperial Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting a leading manufacturer in Leeming Bar with the appointment of an experienced Hygiene Manager. This is a key leadership position within a large-scale manufacturing operation, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety are consistently maintained across the site. The successful candidate will lead the hygiene function, develop and implement robust cleaning and sanitation standards, ensure compliance with food safety legislation and customer requirements, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the manufacturing environment. You will work closely with Production, Technical, Engineering, Quality and Health and Safety teams to ensure the site remains safe, compliant and consistently audit-ready. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and develop the site''s Hygiene Team, ensuring clear standards, accountability and high levels of performance. Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive cleaning and hygiene schedules across the manufacturing facility. Ensure all production areas, machinery, equipment, floors, structures and associated facilities are maintained to the required hygiene standards.
