The RoleReporting to the Quality Manager, you''ll take full responsibility for all hygiene-related activities on site, ensuring food safety standards are met and continuously improved. You''ll lead a team of Hygiene Technicians and work closely with multiple departments to embed a strong hygiene culture. This is a highly influential role with real visibility across the factory.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and improve hygiene protocols in line with food safety regulationsEnsure all hygiene critical control points are managed using HACCP principlesDeliver training and drive consistent hygiene standards across the siteLead internal and external audits, maintaining compliance with FSSC/BRC standardsOwn cleaning and disinfection programmes, environmental monitoring, allergen, and pest controlMonitor performance, report on standards, and drive corrective actionsSupport HACCP systems, quality processes, and new product or process introductionsManage ..... full job details .....
