As demand for our engineered hydraulic systems continues to grow, DHX is recruiting a Hydraulic Fitter to join our skilled team based at our Heckmondwike facility in West Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects across the UK and globally, with hands-on involvement in the build, installation, and maintenance of advanced hydraulic equipment. Purpose of the Role The Hydraulic Fitter will be responsible for the in-house assembly, testing, and commissioning of hydraulic systems, along with on-site installation and servicing. This includes power units, hydraulic cylinders, manifolds, and associated mechanical assemblies. The role involves both workshop and field-based work, supporting delivery and aftercare of bespoke engineered solutions. Key Responsibilities In-House Assembly and Testing Assemble and test hydraulic systems including HPUs, cylinders, manifolds, and associated pipework and fittings.
