This role combines workshop-based hydraulic and mechanical assembly work with regular international travel . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical or technical trade background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to develop their skills across multiple disciplines. Key Responsibilities Build, service and test hydraulic manifolds and cylinders. Carry out mechanical daggerboard case fit-outs, installations and assembly work. Undertake mechanical winch and drivetrain installations. Maintain build documentation, quality records and testing procedures. Support hydraulic installations on new boats, components and upgrade packages. Manage stock, tooling and materials. Assist with general workshop and technical department activities as required.
