Elevation Recruitment are working with a leading UK engineering manufacturer to recruit a skilled Hydraulic, Electrical and Mechanical Fitter to join their growing team. You''ll be responsible for assembling, installing, and testing hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems across a range of industrial machinery.Shift: Monday to Friday (35 hour working week)Salary: £32,000 (£17.57 per hour) Location: BarnsleyWhat you''ll be doingAssemble, install and test hydraulic, electrical and mechanical componentsWire hydraulic power packs and connect motors, pumps and valvesInstall electrical components including relays, sensors, switches and control panelsWork with PLC systems and hydraulic schematicsPressure test hydraulic cylinders and troubleshoot faultsMaintain accurate build and repair records to comply with safety standardsCollaborate with engineers to improve efficiency and reliabilityWhat we''re looking forExperience in hydraulic, electrical or mechanical fittingAbility to read technical drawings and schematics (preferred)Excellent attention to detail and precision workmanshipStrong problem-solving skills and proactive attitudeTeam player with good communicationCompetent with hand tools, power tools and measuring instrumentsCommitment to health and safetyIf you''re a motivated fitter looking for your next challenge in a well-established engineering environment, click apply or contact Amy and Nicola for more ..... full job details .....
