You will be responsible for the collections of payments from the US clients hence the hours required for this role.What You''ll Do: As a Credit Controller, you will be the heartbeat of my client''s credit management process.Your responsibilities will include:Managing and maintaining customer accounts to ensure timely paymentsMake calls and send out reminders and follow-up correspondence to ensure payments are received on timeCollaborating with various teams to resolve any discrepancies or issuesPreparing reports on account status and outstanding debtsBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with clientsWhat We''re Looking For: We seek a cheerful team player who can handle challenges with grace!
