Hybrid PM/BA (HR transformation)

Our consultancy client are currently looking for an experienced hybrid PM/BA to work on a large HR transformation programme for a client in London. You will be working on a global people and culture programme working to structure project delivery through matrix management working within a team with high visibility to the business working on strategic initiatives for the company.-
You must have extensive experience managing organisational and people information within HR or FS and have a strong working knowledge and experience in Oracle Position Management and workflow management covering design and implementation. Use to working in complex environments you will design the target operating models and implement them using change management practices. with strong stakeholder management experience you will work with the business users, technology teams and third parties to understand and articulate current processes, systems and develop future state designs.
You will need to work out of the clients office in London for at least 2 days a week and the role will be inside IR35.
