Hybrid Client Administrator from Finance background
We are currently looking for an Administrator to join a Financial planning company based in Moorgate. This is a medium sized company which offers perks such as free gym membership, exam allowance as well as a bonus and pension scheme. This role is paying up to 30k with working hours of 8.45am until 5.30pm with flexible working. You will work closely with and report to the Head Paraplanner to support the clients of the firm and the ongoing operations of the business. You will be given full training to understand how our firm works and the ongoing requirements of the six teams. This role will suit an administrator who comes from a Financial services background. The roleAssist with client onboardingProvide a high level of aftercare to all existing clientsProcess any withdrawals as requested by our clientsUpdate client information accurately to make sure it is current in the CRMEnsure the client portal is maintained and clients have full accessAssist with tax returns throughout the yearSupport Operations Ad hoc Admin The person Relevant experience of working in an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) businessA degree-level education preferred but not essentialWork well in a teamDemonstrate impeccable attention to detailManage their time effectively ..... full job details .....
