Hybrid Business Development Manager

Our client, a high-growth IT solutions provider, is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business while nurturing and expanding existing accounts. This is a hybrid role combining field sales, client meetings, and remote working.You''ll be selling a broad portfolio of IT hardware, software, and technical solutions into a mix of NHS, Government, Education, and wider Public Sector clients.Key Responsibilities to include:Generate new business across the region through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic targeting.Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat revenue.Present and sell a wide range of IT hardware and software solutions.Navigate public sector procurement processes, including tenders, bids, and frameworks.Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting activity.As a successful candidate you will have proven track record in IT sales, ideally hardware/software and experience selling into NHS, Government, Education, or Public Sector environments could be advantageous. A strong understanding of tenders, bids, and procurement frameworks, confidence in communicating and a consultative, solution-led approach together with the ability to balance new business generation with effective account management.This is a field-based role and a Full UK driving licence is essential.In return the company offers a competitive salary, £40,000-£55,000 ..... full job details .....
