Manage the shareholder review and approval process for the procurement strategy, to ensure it is approved in line with delegated authorities. Lead the development and implementation of the projects OFTO strategy and provide advice across the project as required. Prepare all required commercial documentation for the substations package RFP, and work closely with the Engineering, HSSE, Owner''s Engineer and Legal teams to ensure overall progress against the schedule. Work with Legal to prepare the required FEED contract and EPC(I) Heads of Terms templates. Manage the RFP process, ensuring that all bidders comply with the project requirements.
