A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a HVAC Supervisor to join their growing team, covering a large critical property based in Blackburn.
The Role
As the HVAC Supervisor you''ll play a crucial role in the following:
- Covering a large commercial property, providing ppm and reactive maintenance.
- Working on a Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm (40hrs) work week.
- Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of mechanical building equipment, AHU''s, FCU''s, Pumps, Motors, Generators, Filters and etc.
- Organising RAMS, H&S, Subcontractors, Toolbox talks, organising jobs etc.
What you''ll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of HVAC Supervisor you''ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- You will hold mechanical qualifications, Level 2 Mechanical NVQ/C&G''s
- Experience supervising other engineers and apprentices is essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
