Combining technical knowledge with commercial drive, you''ll develop opportunities with new and existing customers, prepare proposals and turn them into long-term service relationships.The role requires mechanical HVAC knowledge such as pumps, pressurisation equipment and booster sets or ventilation and fans.Salary Up to 65K + bonus In this role you could earn 85K+Car allowance and paid mileageWhat you''ll doWorking remotely, covering the Northern region. Edinburgh to Birminghamvisit customer sites, carry out surveys, record equipment details and prepare proposals for service and remedial works.Target major companies involved Facilities Management, estates management, end users, building owners and mechanical contractors. Develop opportunities across an existing customer and installed-equipment base, including service contracts, smaller works and new-project service proposals.Sell services including commissioning, maintenance, remote analytics and replacement pumps, pressurisation equipment and booster sets.Manage customer accounts, contract renewals and quotations, and follow up on proposals prepared by the internal service sales team.What you''ll bringProven experience in HVAC service sales and the technical ability to develop proposals and close sales.Knowledge of HVAC equipment, ideally including pumps, pressurisation equipment and ..... full job details .....
