HVAC Service Engineer

SERVICE ENGINEER - HVACLocation: Hereford / South Wales Salary: 52,000- 55,000 DOE Hours: 50 hours per weekFollowing the retirement of a long-standing engineer, an established engineering business is looking to bring an experienced HVAC Service Engineer into its regional team.This is an established position with an existing customer base and a strong focus on AHUs and associated HVAC equipment. You''ll be carrying out planned maintenance, fault finding, repairs, refurbishment, modifications and commissioning across a range of customer sites.THE ROLE: Servicing, maintaining and fault finding on AHUs and associated HVAC plant Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance Completing repairs, refurbishment, modifications and commissioning Attending customer sites to diagnose faults and provide technical support Working on HVAC equipment including AHUs, VRV, VRF, splits and associated systems Participating in a 1 in 5 emergency call-out rota Completing site risk assessments and working safely at customer locations Maintaining F-Gas records and compliance Supporting apprentices and less experienced engineers where requiredWORKING HOURS and TRAVEL: 50-hour working week 2 hours of travel paid upfront every day, regardless of whether you actually spend 2 hours travelling 1 in 5 call-out rotaABOUT YOU:We''re looking for an experienced HVAC engineer with a strong background in AHU servicing, maintenance and fault finding.You''ll need: City and Guilds 2079 or NVQ Level 2 in ..... full job details .....
