Job Title: HVAC Engineer Location: London (Mobile Role) Salary: Competitive + Company Van + Benefits Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and qualified HVAC Engineer to join our team, servicing and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across a range of medical and healthcare facilities throughout London. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring critical environments maintain optimal air quality, temperature control, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, split systems, and VRV/VRF units. Carry out routine servicing and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure system reliability and compliance with healthcare regulations. Respond promptly to reactive breakdowns and emergency repairs. Work closely with medical facility staff to minimise disruption during works and maintain cleanroom and infection control standards. Complete job documentation accurately, including service reports and compliance records. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC regulations, particularly those relevant to healthcare settings (HTM, CIBSE, SFG20, etc.). Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HVAC engineer role.
