Mechanical HVAC Salary: 54,000.00 - 56,000.00 per year + performance-related bonus Job Type: Full-time Location: Hybrid remote (Prescot area) Benefits: Company car, company pension, on-site parking, fuel card About the Role We are partnering with a specialist MandE contractor delivering mechanical, HVAC, and building services projects across commercial, industrial, and critical operational environments throughout the UK. They are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical HVAC Manager to lead the technical, pre-construction, and delivery functions across their mechanical project portfolio. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in both winning and delivering projects. You will oversee everything from initial surveys and tendering through design development, procurement, installation, commissioning, and final handover, ensuring all technical and commercial targets are met. Key Responsibilities Pre-Construction and Tendering: Review technical documents, conduct pre-tender surveys, define mechanical scopes, and build competitive tender costs covering plant, materials, labour, and subcontractors. Technical Leadership: Provide high-level technical input across VRF/VRV, DX, chillers, AHUs, ventilation, heat recovery, boilers, pipework, refrigeration, and BMS interfaces.
