This is a hands-on project management role requiring strong technical HVAC knowledge, commercial awareness and proven experience managing customers, subcontractors and installation teams. Key Responsibilities Manage HVAC installation projects from start to completion. Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and multiple trades. Manage project programmes, budgets, costs and variations. Liaise directly with customers, consultants and contractors. Oversee quality, H&S, commissioning and project handover. Resolve technical issues and drive projects to successful completion. Produce project reports, documentation and Gantt charts. The Ideal Candidate 5+ years' HVAC Project Management experience. Strong technical background in HVAC / HVAC-R / M&E / Building Services . Previous experience as an HVAC Engineer, Installer, Service Engineer or similar. Experience managing subcontractors and technical teams. Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
