With an impressive 7-year project programme and a salary of £70,000-£80,000, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC professional looking for long-term stability and the chance to play a key role in the delivery of a major project. The Role As HVAC Project Manager, you will take ownership of the HVAC package, managing the delivery of works from planning through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day delivery of HVAC works Taking ownership of the HVAC package and ensuring works are delivered to programme Managing and coordinating subcontractors, site teams and specialist contractors Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information Coordinating HVAC installation with other trades and project disciplines Managing labour, materials and plant requirements Monitoring progress against the project programme Managing procurement and ensuring materials are available when required Attending project and coordination meetings Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors Monitoring quality and ensuring installations meet project specifications Overseeing testing, commissioning and ..... full job details .....
