This role would suit a commercially aware, organised Project Manager with a strong HVAC background who can take ownership of projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and within budget. The Role Managing HVAC and mechanical building services projects from inception through to completion. Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams. Planning project programmes, monitoring progress and ensuring key deadlines are met. Managing project budgets, costs, variations and commercial performance.
