An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a growing team delivering mechanical building services projects across London.

This role would suit a commercially aware, organised Project Manager with a strong HVAC background who can take ownership of projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and within budget.

• Managing HVAC and mechanical building services projects from inception through to completion.

• Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.

• Planning project programmes, monitoring progress and ensuring key deadlines are met.

• Managing project budgets, costs, variations and commercial performance.

• Liaising with clients, consultants and other contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensuring all works meet relevant health and safety requirements and industry standards.

• Monitoring quality of installation and ensuring projects are completed to specification.

• Identifying and resolving technical issues, delays and project risks.

• Attending site meetings and providing regular project updates to stakeholders.

• Managing commissioning, handover documentation and final project sign-off.

• Previous experience working as an HVAC Project Manager or Mechanical Project Manager.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical building services.

• Experience managing projects, budgets, programmes and subcontractors.

• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

• Relevant mechanical or building services qualifications would be advantageous.

• Salary of -60,00070,000, depending on experience.
