Job Title: HVAC Manager Location: Newmarket Salary: Up to 60,000 depending on experience + bonus Benefits: Car allowance, 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays, pension An MandE and HVAC Building Services Contractor based near Newmarket is looking for a proactive and experienced HVAC Manager to lead and develop a growing HVAC team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HVAC professional with strong leadership qualities and commercial awareness to take responsibility for projects from initial enquiry and planning through to completion, therefore require strong technical knowledge across HVAC systems, client-facing skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously. As the HVAC Manager, you will oversee the delivery of HVAC installation, maintenance and small works projects across commercial and residential sites. You will manage engineers, coordinate resources, oversee procurement and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget. You will work closely with clients, main contractors, suppliers and the wider MandE Projects division, while also helping to develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
