We are seeking an skilled and experienced HVAC Manager to join the Claridges Technical Services team.Set in the heart of Mayfair, Claridges is an art deco icon and a byword for understated elegance. you will be responsible for:Protect the Companys interests in the building, plant and equipment, ensuring the safety of guests, visitors and colleagues.Maintain the asset value of the property and enhance, refine and improve presentation and operating effectiveness to provide an exceptional guest and colleague experience.Control and assist in the execution of major Capital projects.Be a key driver in the Maybourne Hotel Group Property Care ProgrammeUndertake inspections of guest and internal/departmental areas, the property and all FFandE to ensure it is kept in the best condition, recommending preventative maintenance where needed and to identify major needs for repair or actionDevelop and implement a robust Planned and Preventative Maintenance regime across MandE services, structure, fabric and FFandEEstablish and implement a perfect room programme in accordance with Claridges standards and budgetary expectations.Ensure reactive maintenance systems, including utilisation of the KnowCross tool, are fully operational to limit downtime of bedrooms and services. Monitor and utilise KnowCrcoss data to support the implementation of a comprehensive preventative maintenance programme for all equipment and property featuresEnsure plant and all machinery is on a well-monitored, fully documented and scheduled maintenance programme, ensuring a Plant Planned Maintenance system is in place which is fit for purpose, adhered to and correctly documented throughout the department to ensure full compliance with all Company and legislative requirements.Supervise and manage the performance of all Claridges contracts to ensure effective and efficient service level agreements are in place and achieved.
