HVAC Maintenance Engineer

HVAC Maintenance Engineer Southwest London CBS Recruitment are looking for a HVAC Maintenance Engineer for an on going contract across various sites in Tooting,Kingston, Merton, Wandsworth and Carshalton. You will be carrying out PPMs on: Cold water booster sets Heating and Chilled water pumps Heating and Chilled water pressurisation units to include associated expansion vessels Associated pipework valves, zone valves, strainers The ideal HVAC Maintenance Engineer will have: Proven experience working within commercial buildings, ideally within a building services or facilities maintenance environment Previous experience carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across mechanical and air-conditioning systems Good knowledge of pumps and associated mechanical systems Basic electrical fault-finding and diagnostic ability Experience with filling out service reports Full UK driving licence A commercial gas cert is advantageous but not essential On offer: 300 per day (negotiable depending on experience Options for overtime Weekly pay Paid Mileage For more information please call Dan on (phone number removed) ..... full job details .....
