HVAC Maintenance Engineer

HVAC Maintenance Engineer Cumbria CBS Recruitment are looking for a HVAC Maintenance Engineer for an on going contract across various sites in Cumbria. You will be completing planned preventative maintenance tasks across commercial buildings and plant rooms. You will be working with split and multi-split air-conditioning systems, chillers, AHUs, fan coil units, pressurisation equipment, Pumps and circulating systems, heating and chilled water systems. The ideal HVAC Maintenance engineer will have: Proven experience working within commercial buildings, ideally within a building services or facilities maintenance environment Strong knowledge of commercial air-conditioning and mechanical systems, including VRF/VRV, split systems, AHUs and, ideally, close control systems such as Denco F-Gas Category 1 certification Previous experience carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across mechanical and air-conditioning systems Good knowledge of pumps and associated mechanical systems Basic electrical fault-finding and diagnostic ability Experience with filling out service reports Full UK driving licence On offer: 300 per day (negotiable depending on experience Door to door pay Options for overtime Weekly pay Paid Mileage For more information please call Dan on (phone number removed) ..... full job details .....
