The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facilities Location – Across Kent and parts of London. Salary –  up to £55,000/Yr DOE. Schedule -  Monday to Friday  40 hours Working   hours  – 8am to 4pm  On Call  – 1 in 4 weeks on call. (negotiable) Extra –  Overtime available and training in commercial gas or electrics if wanted Your duties will be yet not limited to PPMs on commercial HVAC systems Diagnostics and fault finding Repairs to cooling units and AHU’s Rectifying faults found Splits, VRF and more.
