The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established mechanical engineering firm, supporting the delivery of high-quality HVAC maintenance services across a range of commercial sites. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing maintenance operation within an established business, working alongside an experienced team and playing an important role in delivering reliable, efficient and professional service to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding and remedial works across a variety of HVAC systems, ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently and reliably. Key Responsibilities HVAC Maintenance and Servicing Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of commercial HVAC equipment. Undertake reactive maintenance, fault finding and breakdown repairs. Service, maintain and repair air conditioning systems, ventilation equipment, AHUs, FCUs, heat pumps and associated mechanical plant. Diagnose system faults and identify appropriate repair solutions. Complete remedial works and recommend improvements to equipment performance and reliability. Carry out routine inspections, performance checks and operational testing.
