Role Responsibilities: Maintain, service and repair HVAC and associated building services equipment within retail environments. Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client queries and keeping them informed of all site activities. Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and statutory compliance works. Supervise and assist contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring all works comply with statutory and safety requirements.
