HVAC Engineer

We are looking for a-HVAC Engineer-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.

The-HVAC Engineer,-will be responsible for:

• Overseeing planned PPM/compliance works
• Keeping the client informed of site activities.
• Assisting contractors and sub-contractors
• Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations
• Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.

To be successful for this HVAC Engineer role you must have:

• Qualified at a City & Guilds level or equivalent
• Experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.-
• Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance
• Full UK driving license.-
