Static HVAC Engineer Location: Kettering Salary: £42,000 per annum + Overtime Hours: Monday - Friday Early Shift (07:00-15:00 or 07:30-15:30) 40 hrs/week On-Call: Fully Optional Rota (£190/week standby allowance) We are seeking a skilled Static HVAC Engineer to oversee site HVAC operations, conduct fault-finding, and ensure statutory compliance for a key facility in Kettering. Key Responsibilities PPMs and Reactive Maintenance: Carry out planned maintenance and handle breakdowns across HVAC and associated plant. Fault-Finding and BMS: Diagnose VRV/VRF system issues and monitor BMS controls to manage site temperature and humidity. Compliance and CAFM: Use mobile CAFM systems to manage work orders and track statutory compliance. Site Support: Supervise contractors and assist with minor electrical and building fabric tasks.
