Static HVAC EngineerLocation: KetteringSalary: £42,000 per annum + OvertimeHours: Monday - Friday Early Shift (07:00-15:00 or 07:30-15:30) 40 hrs/weekOn-Call: Fully Optional Rota (£190/week standby allowance)We are seeking a skilled Static HVAC Engineer to oversee site HVAC operations, conduct fault-finding, and ensure statutory compliance for a key facility in Kettering. Fuel and hours fully covered if a site visit is required.Key ResponsibilitiesPPMs and Reactive Maintenance: Carry out planned maintenance and handle breakdowns across HVAC and associated plant.Fault-Finding and BMS: Diagnose VRV/VRF system issues and monitor BMS controls to manage site temperature and humidity.Compliance and CAFM: Use mobile CAFM systems to manage work orders and track statutory compliance.Site Support: Supervise contractors and assist with minor electrical and building fabric tasks.RequirementsValid F-Gas Certification (City and Guilds 2079 / Cat 1).NVQ Level 2/3 or recognized apprenticeship in Mechanical/HVAC/Electrical.Strong background in VRV/VRF fault-finding and ..... full job details .....
