Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer Location: BristolSalary: £42,000 £43,000 per annumWorking Hours: Monday Friday, 7:30am 4:00pm + On-Call (1 week in 2)Benefits: Company Van + On-Call Allowance + Excellent Benefits Package Role Overview We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer to join a commercial maintenance team based in Bristol. You will play a key role within the site maintenance team, ensuring HVAC systems and associated building services operate efficiently, safely and in line with client expectations. This is a client-facing position requiring a high standard of professionalism, technical ability and customer service. Working Pattern and On-Call Monday Friday, 7:30am 4:00pm On-call rota: 1 week in 2 Standby allowance: £125 per week Call-out payment: Minimum of 4 hours paid at overtime rate per attendance Company van provided Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on air conditioning systems, pipework and associated equipment. Perform basic electrical maintenance, including fault finding on control circuits and HVAC electrical components. Carry out minor electrical works, including replacing contactors, relays, sensors and motors. Complete all works in line with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
