Key Responsibilities:   	 	 Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on a range of HVAC systems. 	 	 	 Service, maintain and repair equipment including AHUs, VRV/VRF systems, split systems, chillers, boilers, heat pumps and fan coil units. 	 	 	 Diagnose faults and identify required replacement parts. 	 	 	 Undertake small-scale commercial air conditioning installations. 	 	 	 Ensure all works are completed in line with Health &amp; Safety regulations, F-Gas requirements, Gas Safe standards and industry best practice.
