The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge across HVAC systems and be comfortable working independently, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and ensuring all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in line with current industry standards. This role will involve travelling to a variety of client locations, including commercial buildings, leisure facilities, hotels, retail environments, and other public-facing sites, providing a high-quality service and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), servicing, and reactive repairs on commercial HVAC systems. Diagnose faults and undertake repairs on a wide range of mechanical HVAC equipment. Service and maintain air conditioning systems, ventilation systems, AHUs, FCUs, heat pumps, chillers, and associated plant.
