JR314: HVAC EngineerLocation: Marylebone, LondonSalary: Up to £50,000 Per AnnumOverview: First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who are seeking an HVAC Engineer to join their growing operations team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong background in HVAC systems, building maintenance, and facilities support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring commercial office environments are maintained to a high standard, whilst supporting ongoing maintenance, repairs, and fit-out activities across multiple managed sites.Duties and Responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems across commercial office spacesDiagnose faults and perform first-line repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipmentConduct site inspections and identify requirements for major repairs or specialist contractor supportMonitor contractor works on site and ensure all work is completed to the required standardPerform general maintenance duties including basic plumbing, minor electrical works, leak repairs, and general building maintenanceSupport office fit-outs and tenant move-ins, including installation support and equipment setupMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report ongoing issues where necessaryEnsure all works are completed in line with health and safety regulationsProvide professional support and communication when dealing with tenants, clients, ..... full job details .....
